They represent the “simple” philosophies of our parents, Bruno and Lena, and have proven invaluable to our organization through good and less than favorable times. They speak of the drive and determination that is the true hallmark of our organization’s success. Most important, they speak of a business philosophy embedded in honesty and respect for others.

As we have celebrated the sixtieth anniversary of our parents’ “vision,” we have had many opportunities to reflect on lessons learned over five decades, and how they have allowed The DeGol Organization to mature and prosper. Through careful, well-thought-out preparation, the company has overcome many challenges and realized significant growth and diversification.

“A great team makes the coach a success….” This phrase exemplifies the basis for our success. Without the unwavering support of our employees, many of our accomplishments would not have been possible. Our employees’ dedication and commitment to making the customer the focus of our efforts have made the journey most enjoyable, and our family is most appreciative for their efforts.
